Lease A Cirrus provides dry aircraft leases under 14 CFR Part 91. We are not a Part 135 charter operator and do not provide or manage flight crew. Lessees hold operational control of the aircraft and are solely responsible for pilot qualification, currency, and regulatory compliance.
